A deposit of £25.00 per person per week is required to secure a reservation.

Reservations are held for 7 days. Telephone bookings will be confirmed in writing within 7 days.

Final Accounts to be settled on arrival.

Payments accepted: cash, cheque, visa, debit, maestro, solo, Mastercard.

Please note we do not accept American Express or any form of Commercial, Business, Corporate, Fleet or Commerce cards.

Cancellation Charges

Brooke House levies holiday cancellation charges in line with the Industry Standard Scale of Cancellation Charges. Once a deposit has been paid and a booking confirmation letter received, you are entering a legally binding contract. Should you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason you could be subject to the charges as set out below. To protect yourself against these charges we highly recommend that you take out suitable holiday insurance cover.

Days are counted from the commencement day of your holiday.

In addition to the scale of charges, you will also be liable for the full cost of any charges that we may have incurred on your behalf, such as ferry charges.

No allowance can be made for meals and / or accommodation not taken during the period booked.

Guests causing damage to guest house property (including accidental damage) will be charged for its replacement or repair. The person making the booking will be liable.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel reservations for children under 14-years made directly with us or via third parties.
